HRH Prinz Luitpold von Bayern, a member of the Wittelsbach family , the Royal family of Bavaria, invites you to visit Schloß Kaltenberg. To this day, Castle Kaltenberg remains a Royal residence where beer has been brewed for centuries. It is a place where beer enjoyment is celebrated throughout the year in our restaurants and during special events. In the Castle’s cellars all Royal Bavarian beers were born, then developed to taste and quality excellence. They are the result of the more than 800 years of brewing expertise in the Royal family.
